It's that time of the year again...

Yes, walkathon season is upon us and this is when I ask all of you to PLEASE donate to my daughter's cause. For those that don't know Emma was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome at the age of 7 months and although it has had it's moments I wouldn't trade her for ANYTHING.

If you'd like to donate you can head over to her Walkathon page at www.angelman.org/emmalynn.
From there you can donate and also head to the main Angelman page to learn more about Angelman Syndrome and what the ASF is doing to research treatment and increase awareness.

If you're in it to win it, head over to my homegirl Thystle's blog and donate to enter (and hopefully win) a raffle for a super sweet Coach purse. You can check it out here at www.missthystle.com. (and please follow her blog, she is the funniest and most literate person I know!)

Good and evil...

I recently had a friend inform me that her daughter believes people with three letter names are 'closet' evildoers. While I laughed it off and told her 'no closet needed, I am definitely evil," after this morning's meltdown at work (which I may or may not write about), I really got to thinking...maybe I am really an asshole that pretends (and fails) to do the right thing? Or perhaps I'm just a guy who TRIES to be nice and do the right thing and just lets the 'evil' out more often than necessary....

Follow me on Twitter

at www.twitter.com/bigrob119. That is all.

Would I be considered 'gay' for wanting a black version of this little poofball here? His name is Ajax, and he is a malty-poo which is half maltese and half poodle. So cute!

My first (real!) blog post

I'm sure the few of you that read this will know that I have deleted my MySpace and Facebook pages, and I promise that I'll actually post to this...some of you might be wondering, 'why?"

Blogger is easier to get my posts and pics to from my phone...and as Fernie so succintly put it, "it [MySpace] seems like something you'd do in high school." Last time I checked, I'm 13 years removed. Besides, no one ever showed me any love over there (not like I expect any here, either...).
